Someone not so wise once said to me;
There will surely come days
when the past feels a bit heavier
And the future much more obscure
It will seem harder to forget
Even harder to forgive
On days such those
Pick up a pen a bit more
& try to breath deeply to your core
Move your body a bit more &
Feel your feelings deeper
Listen to your thoughts a little less
Accept a little more
& surrender deeper
Just Give in a little more
these may have been the wisest words l’ve heard to this day
